lovely location quiet road glass water excellent facilities compact room little room small bed
the location was lovely. it was a quiet road in paddington. glass water bottles were replaced every day, which i found very convenient. the hotel and facilities were excellent!!!
I booked a beautiful double room. i was disappointed with the room for the price. i believe it was probably a compact room on the 3rd floor. there was very little room for two people. The bed took up most of the space!!!

helpful staff quality sheet fresh fruit small room old furnishing desk stool
the staff were quite helpful . the room was very clean with newly renovated bathrooms and quality sheets. i found fresh fruit and water in my room daily it was a lovely perk.
the room was really small i think it was basically a single room. the furnishings seemed a bit old. the desk area only has a stool no proper chair was available.

clean hotel train station awful attitude communication skills
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to transportation. It was just steps from buses and the train station. The hotel was also clean and quiet.
The reception staff member had an attitude. She did not understand what I was saying. I found that she couldn't sort anything I asked for.
