the location was lovely. it was a quiet road in paddington. glass water bottles were replaced every day, which i found very convenient. the hotel and facilities were excellent!!!

I booked a beautiful double room. i was disappointed with the room for the price. i believe it was probably a compact room on the 3rd floor. there was very little room for two people. The bed took up most of the space!!!

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to transportation. It was just steps from buses and the train station. The hotel was also clean and quiet.

The reception staff member had an attitude. She did not understand what I was saying. I found that she couldn't sort anything I asked for.
